Today I celebrate not only my birth, but my rebirth.
Having grown up a dancer and athlete, I never identified with my weight gain. It was an alien thing wrapped around my waistline. But things change, injuries happen, and excuses will – if you let them - accompany you to your grave.
About 2 1/2 months ago I decided NO MORE.
With the unwavering love and support of Jewels A and Marissa C.
began my metamorphosis. There is still much work to be done, (on my plan my goal says “Superhero”) but I had specific benchmarks for today and I’m excited and proud to say I achieved them.
On this nutritional cleanse I’ve shed 20 POUNDS and nearly 30 INCHES!
I changed my body, my habits, and my mindset with one astonishingly simple system. Now I get to start helping the ones I love to do the same.
